At Dancewear Centre, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that tights, undergarments, and clearance items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the return slip inside the package, then use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement exchange items within 5-7 business days.
